Snoring and Your Health

Lots of people still consider that snoring is an indication that one is sleeping tightly. In fact, snoring is a primary symptom of sleep apnea in addition to excessive sleepiness. Sleep apnea, which means stopping breathing during sleep, can have a direct impact on the health and quality of life. Snoring should not be underestimated, because it deals directly with a number of diseases
